Within my org, I am a Subject Matter Expert in data regarding Music Publishing, Video, Broadcast, Data Ingestion, and the Digital Supply Chain for Media Content Operations.

KPI & Reporting • Analyze global music usage across all music products with Descriptive Statistics {unique count, mean, median, quartile range, mode, group by} • Research and understand levers that impact music publishing KPI’s • Report music publishing clearance to the Legal Team in order to mitigate risk and ensure FB’s platforms have the rights to host music from artists around the globe • Recommend adjustments to KPIs based on previous quarterly performance
Dashboards & Pipeline • Create Dashboards that visualize broadcast and video team tasks, upcoming events, and deal program assets • Create pipelines to supply daily, weekly, or monthly data tables for use by XFN with PYTHON • Automate creation and database ingestion of workforce queue with PYTHON
Workforce Optimization • Construct data tables and standardize workflows for our 90+ contractor workforce • Optimize database UI and reduce duplicate jobs in contractor work queues
General • Prepare data and QA workflows for the launch of new products including FB/IG Music Sticker, Premium Music Video, IG Reels, Facebook Watch • Find data inconsistencies and improve pipeline performance for better reporting to our Music and Video Content Partners
